The beachfront property was very spacious but air conditioning WAS NOT WORKING WELL AND WE WERE TOO HOT. It also needed new silverware and some of furniture was falling apart ! Sliding doors were rusted and screens came off the tracks.the whole unit needs an update!

2433 Wesley Ave. has been our home away from for Several years we’ve been renting same house since he was 4 and is now 27. The owner could give the house some updates very outdated. But we bring necessary items to make us comfortable.

Me and my family absolutely loved our time in OC. Chris Warren was fantastic . I had great communication with him prior to our arrival, during our stay and after check out. We have rented the property several times and love it.

Location was excellent. I will be renting again next year but will probably need another bedroom. So if there is any five bedrooms oceanfront or close. Let me know!

Bob was great. There was an issue with the wifi, probably from a storm, when we arrived. Once I made Bob aware, he quickly got in touch with the owner, who called comcast and resolved almost immediately.
