Located on the ocean side of Asbury Avenue and in close proximity to a Catholic church, this duplex is the third house from the ocean and an easy walk to the 40th Street beach. The decor is updated in the spacious living room and dining area. The property is fenced and has outdoor seating on the street level as well as on the second floor deck which faces Asbury Avenue.  A large enclosed shower is shared.

Cute 2 bedroom 2nd floor property, ideal for your vacation. Entrance is on the north side of the building towards the rear. Deck is on the rear of the building not on the front.  On the ocean side of Asbury so you only need to cross Central Ave. to get to the beach. Very nice location for your family vacation. You can take a stroll to the local ice cream shop or for a bite to eat. Just a short drive down to the boardwalk or for some downtown shopping. Come to Ocean City for some sun and fun.
