Spacious condo. Met our needs
Shower floor slippery !
Husband grabbed bar which broke off wall. Landlord had rebolted to wall Need mats
Step from hall to livg room needs marked to step down.

The property could stand to be updated furniture and the landscaping kept up with. The tenants up stairs were extremely loud and pounding all night we had others over who commented. It was very annoying.

The rental was okay but wouldn’t rent there again. Kitchen is I’ll equipped and hot water was turned so low that we had cold water for first two days until we looked and realized. Berger was great.

We were a a little disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the house when we arrived as we saw the cleaning people go in 1:45 and leave by 2:10.
