The condo had an artificial tree in the Master Bedroom. It was very close to the bed and actually had some of the leaves hang over the bed. It had an odor. We moved it out of the room while we rented and returned it to the room when we left. It is difficult to understand why someone would put something like this hanging over a sleeping area. Many people have allergies and this tree certainly could precipitate one in someone who was susceptible.

From the moment we walked into our rental, we were very impressed. I personally have been coming to Oc since I was a young girl, and our extended family has been coming for the past 15 years. We all agreed that our place was probably the nicest place we've ever stayed. Sparkling clean, beautiful decor, everything we could want in a shore place. If there are any complaints, it would be that the Keurig coffee machine did not seem to work, (and the coffee drinkers in the house would have preferred a plain old coffeemaker.) . Secondly, we did not find any board games. That has always been something that we've enjoyed having on the property. However, with my sister owning a home just down the street, that was not a big problem for us. All in all, we really loved the place!!!

Our condo at 1753 West was comfortable, well furnished and had a well appointed kitchen for cooking which we did. We would rent this condo again.

Not use the website and was prior customer last year. Your survey did not have a n/a for internet question.
- our unit only had 3 beach tags and Dora offered to give us one to use for the week, which was not a requirement - I thought it was a very nice gesture. Also provided a source of referall for our daughter's senior week.
