This first floor, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo sleeps up to 11 people. The front steps lead to a large front deck and a front door that takes you right into the open concept great room. The kitchen features an island with extra seating, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a side entrance of the souths ide of the building that provides garage access and a full bathroom to shower and change from the beach. Up a few stairs from the living area are 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a powder room. The master suite features a rear deck and double vanities in the bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and glass doors.  The unit is located between 3rd and 4th Street on Atlantic Ave, it is just a short .25 mile friendly walk to the beach with only 2 streets to cross on your way to the beach.

Property was excellent. One concern I had was on September 23 2017, we were out when we returned someone with a key had been in our unit. We only locked the bottom lock, both locks were locked, closed all the bedroom doors, they were opened and the door to the heating unit was left opened. Alao we had no bake ware.
