The house was a great location. Close to the beach the house was not clean. We called and they were going to try to come back around 5:00. We were trying to get settled and were having groceries delivered so we cleaned up ourselves. Even the people upstairs complained about how their place was dirty. They complained and got money back. I would advise the owner to get better cleaners they really did not do a good job. Also when we walked in the house had a strong pesticide smell. We saw raid under the sink and dead ants in the corner. It took days for the smell to go away

Listed as sleeping 10. the sleeper sofa counted as 2. However when the sleeper was opened it was unusable due broken frame and mattress was grossly stained.

Photos on website did not do it justice. The place was fabulous. Larger than it appeared in the photos. We would definitely consider rentyit again next year.
Only other comments would be the air vents need cleaning.
