The location, view, and layout of this rental is five stars. The bathrooms and deck patio furniture could use a serious refresh. More importantly, the bathrooms in this home need a deep cleaning as there is a significant buildup of mildew and mold. For instance, in the main bathroom we were hoping to use the jacuzzi but we opted not to because the jets were filled with what appeared to be black mold.

House was nice, bathrooms were smaller than we originally thought but the house was as pretty much as pictured. Biggest down side was the renters above. It was so loud it sounded like they were running down our own hall. We heard everything.

Location is great and the house is clean, we’ve stayed here for years. House could use some routine maintenance, Wi-Fi is spotty and in some rooms nonexistent, some doorknobs didn’t lock, from the day we checked in the downstairs room’s carpeted floor was soaked creating a musty smell that ended up getting taken care of mid week, the ice machine didn’t work, keypad to garage didn’t work (ended up just being a battery that needed replacing) there are tvs in all of the rooms but they don’t all work (connection issue). We still had a great time and it is a great house, these aren’t huge issues, but when you pay this amount of money, there is an expectation that everything will work properly.

Everything was outstanding. We do hope that the ice makers get fixed so they can be used and the deadbolt gets fixed so the key does not get stuck in it. It was beautiful for our first family vacation. The views were excellent. Thank you!
