The rental was very nice and close to the beach. The house is very clean, which is high on my list of expectations. But for the amount charged for rentals, there are no extras, which we used to get in other properties (bikes to use, more tv options). Also, there was no remote for the master bedroom tv, no coffee maker. Again, the house was very nice so it was not a problem but prices for NJ are too high.

The house is at a great location at the end of the island with the porch looking out on the state park. Great beach access. A bit close quarters for the price. Mattresses not great, carpet and couches showing wear, kitchen not very well equipped. We like the place. Noisy upstairs neighbors.

The decor was charming. The quality of the beds was excellent. The view of the state park from the living room, dining room and front porch was soothing and peaceful. The kitchen was not as well equipped as many for those who like to cook. Prices generally have become almost unsustainable in Ocean City.
