Old dirty and in need of repair and musty smell

Thank you for your feedback. We have not experienced the musty smell in the house ourselves when we use the house. Do you remember where in the house was particularly musty so that we can look at resolving?

The house we rented was nice enough but all the faucets sprayed water when in use. That was very annoying. Also upstairs bathtub; you couldn't take a bath as the drain didn't work and wouldn't let you fill it up. That was inconvenient as my daughter wanted to give her baby a bath in it. The house definitely could use updates.

After an incredibly disappointing site unseen rental property in Sea Isle (through a friend of a friend) we elected to not stay. Ben Duncan bailed us out with this rental at the last minute ... worked out very well and very much appreciated! Great job Ben!
