The place was nice but we did have a few issues. Noise from the 2nd floor folks was extremely loud. The first week they had young kids there and it sounded like they were bowling up there at 11pm. The refrigerator during the 2nd week froze almost all of our produce and lunch meats so we had to throw them out. And the temp was at 37 degrees. I am not sure if I would stay at this home again due to these items.

New appliances were nice, but overall in the 5 or so yrs we rented the property is looking tired and beat up. Each of the last 3 years had small, but annoying problems. Broken toilet paper holder, broken decor and broken microwave. Cleaners don't do a good job.

While this is the 3rd or 4th year renting the same property It is starting to look a bit "tired." Scuffed paint, furniture looking a little beat up. If a spruce up is not in the plans, we may look elsewhere. The property was very clean this year, but I wish the pillows, quilts were removed this year.

In the 3 yrs. renting vacation properties Lee Misal has done a great job. The first 2 yrs. we did not return to the same property for various reasons & Lee has listened to our reasons and gone on to find us a rental that meets all our expectations.

The property had a moderate musty smell upon entering. It lessened a bit throughout the week but did not fully resolve. it may be time to replace the carpeting. Also, the property was not cleaned very well upon our arrival. The cleaning staff could have done a better job. Otherwise, the property was nice...great location.
