Owner is clearly renting strictly for profit and not very interested in comfort of the renter. Could not lower thermostat below 70. Not a single extra blanket or pillow in the place. Kitchen very sparsely filled with old pans and cookware. Old furniture with broken drawers. Luckily we had a great weather week and didn’t spend much time in the house.

Very nice - very clean, bright, quiet, close to the beach. Parking behind the property is tight- expect to do several maneuvers if the surrounding spaces are occupied. The washer and dryer are shared with the first floor unit.

Owner provides beach chairs for tenant use.
