Nice place. Fridge had a problem but Dominic handled it asap. Reported problem early am, went to the beach and it was already repaired by the time we returned.

i liked the location of my rental. close to stores and beach. i have some comments about the rental inside the rental. Umbrellas or awning on deck,especially in hot sun. Also, more chairs or ottomans in living room, so we can put our feet up, instead of on table. sofa very noisy to sit on.

This refreshed shore home is waiting for you and your family just 2 short blocks to the beach and a block and a half from the 34th street beach facilities.  Beautiful new premium vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit which features 4 TVs (3 of which are SMART), along with 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, beach cart, and 2 beach chairs for your use.  The front deck and stairs have been replaced with composite decking and finished with a table with 4 stools as well as 2 wicker chairs accompanied by a small table.  The well appointed kitchen, with new refrigerator,  has been completed with a blender, griddle, crock pot, and toaster oven.
