It needed a bit of work, but not much. Loved the porch. The porch shutters need to be better secured. The wood is rotted, and the screws did not hold. The only reason we are not going back to this property is because we determined that we do not need all of the space. Kitchen was well appointed. Did miss not having a toaster oven.

Nice place. Stayed next door last year. Great location. Lots of nice amenities. There were a couple minor issues but nothing that would keep me from staying there again. Third floor bathing area could use some updating. We had a great vacation.

This cozy apartment is the perfect seasonal get away for the professional couple. Close to everything Ocean City has to offer, the boardwalk, the beach and even the unique shops on Asbury Avenue. This unit also has a "Bonus Room" with a daybed!

Upon owner approval, this is an animal friendly property for an additional $150 pet fee.
