317 22nd Street, 2nd Floor, Ocean City was such a beautiful updated home we all enjoyed in June. The house provided every perfect amenity, clean, equipped, short beach walk and having Blitz’s , Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream next store we rarely needed to use the car., location was perfect! Kevin was most accommodating, we’re definitely contacting him in January/ February 2024 to help us locate our next Ocean City vacation home!

Property is beautiful. We will be renting again next year. 2 things that I would recommend the owner upgrading. Master bed room Mattress, And all toilets need to be upgraded; they are extremely small and round. Other than that place is immaculate. 😊
