Soak up the sun at 33rd St beach one block away and easily accessible via beach mats. Savor local flavors of Churn House ice cream (2 doors down), Randazzos, and Dots (both a block away). Walk a block to Sandcastle Putt Club and Sandcastle Playground and courts to release some energy and turn up the fun. Don't worry if you forgot something because Hoys, ACME, and Wawa are just around the corner.
Our home features beautiful decor and custom upgrades including all new kitchen and appliances, under-cabinet lighting, shower rain heads and soaking tub, tankless hot water, laminate flooring, four Smart TVs, and memory foam mattresses. Custom accent lighting sets a calm tone. Lighted makeup mirrors and hallway auto-on accent lighting make you stay more enjoyable. The front deck features an electric retractable awning and is situated on a quiet block and a back deck off the rear bedrooms. Retreat to the spacious rooftop deck oasis to see and hear the sound of the ocean. The rooftop deck also features two options for accent lighting. Outside shower is fully tiled and features hot and cold water with shower rain head and cold water hose for cleaning up. There are two off street parking spaces with our unit.
We have lived in this condo as our family home and remain in town since we love this community. Our hope is that you will love it, too!
