This property was exceptionally well cared for, a true home away from home, with plenty of shore feeling, but with a lot more sincerity. Just walking in the door we felt the special attention and welcoming feeling. Wonderful!

Ben was a pleasure to work with. Some personal issues arose both before and after arriving at the Ocean City rental. Ben responded to each of those situations immediately and went over & above to accommodate my & my family's needs. Visiting Ocean City with my family has become an annual tradition & I will absolutely contact Ben (Berger Realty) for future rentals and hopefully purchase a home in the next few years.
