Description
This beachfront is big and beautiful. Four decks offer a lot of privacy and the large common area give you a great place for everyone to get together. But there are two reasons that you choose a beachfront home proximity to the ocean and the views. Nothing is more relaxing on vacation than waking up with your morning coffee or cereal and watching the sunrise over the Atlantic or winding the day down staring out at the ocean. Don't forget to keep you eyes peeled because from this vantage point there is a good possibility that you will spot dolphins.

Very very dirty, ants everywhere. Mattresses very lumpy, sunk in and uncomfortable. Worn out furniture. Excellent layout and great location. Plenty of room.

They need to check with te cleaning services the bath tub and shower had long hair bathroom sinks we wiped down with clorex and they were very dirty then we wiped down the entire kitchen and we had a over run with ants. We enjoyed the beach front they had everything in the kitchen that you would want. Next year we will be cruising for 2 weeks we will get in contact with Berger for the next girls vacation.

Property was beautiful. Not as clean as I would have liked. Wish I'd known they would have leftover dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand soap on hand from previous renters. Hot water in MBR (basement level) never worked. Hot water in MBR (bottom level) took about 1 full minute to get hot. I had to shower in another bedroom's bath. Not a huge deal, but hot water should work in all bedrooms. No, we did not test everything on arrival. Location was great. View was perfect.
