Lovely property on the beach Great off-street parking for several cars Beautiful outside porch furnished with built-in bench-seating around edge of porch, along with large table, plenty of chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a nice grill Full outside bathroom for cleaning up from coming off beach Beautiful flowers and shrubs surround porch Two railings to go up to bedrooms - nice for older people Ceiling fan in master bedroom only - no others Laundry Room on 2nd floor -

As always Dave has done a great job for our family. We have been dealing with him for 20-25 years. He knows what we are looking for, so he doesn't waste everybody's time with places we will have no interest in. It has been a pleasure to work with Dave these many years. We know it will continue in the future.

The house was lovely. It didn’t have the most updated stuff but It was very clean. The only concern was we saw a fox ,in the dunes , in front area of the house & it scared my granddaughter.

The only issue with the property was the upstairs window was stuck open when we arrived, causing a draft during a storm. And several of the outlets didn't work. The owner's wife said she was aware of those issues and to just reset in "the box in the hallway," which we never found. I guess I would just strongly encourage owners to be forthright with any problems that could lead to potential damage (in this case from rain) or inconveniences. At the least, they could leave a note to renters. But for a major issue like the window, it's really their responsibility to fix the issues before renting. But it wouldn't stop me from renting from Berger or Graham again.

Unit air conditioners need to be rechecked....never really was cool. Instructions should be left for renters re: use of the sink disposal in kitchen (top piece must be engaged firmly before unit turns on).

House size was perfect. Needed a light bulb that worked over the door as it was difficult to use key at night. Trash compactor was questionable. Would prefer a regular trash can. Took 3 days to figure out garbage disposal. Instructions would have been great. Would recommend this property.
