Park your car, leave it and enjoy this beautiful 2nd floor unit just a block away from Asbury ave, filled with shops and spots to eat, and a few blocks from the beach. This clean, modernized unit is equipped with two furnished porches to ensure a shore vacation experience. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and each of the other bedrooms has a pyramid bunk with a twin on top, a double on the bottom and a double-sized trundle underneath so the whole family can fit.

Pillows and blankets are not in unit because of Covid for sanitary purposes

Located on West Ave between 14th & 15th streets, 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, 1 block from the shops on Asbury Avenue.  This condo includes a beautiful kitchen with upgraded appliances - no need to eat out!  New carpet throughout & new living room furniture.   This first floor condo is very cozy, you will not want to leave!  

Sorry - no smoking, vaping or pets allowed.  We rent to families only!
