Excellent location! Location is everything for this rental. Rental was clean, as photos displayed, and just what we needed for our family. Garage is very handy!
Just an FYI, rental did not even contain soap when we arrived. Make sure you bring hand soap, dish soap, as well as the usual TP, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry soap. Along with things like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.

My only complaint was the queen beds at the place I rented 2308 central 1st floor were terrible - they need to replace them !!

There was a problem with the property (broken railing on an interior stairway, and heavy smell of chemicals within the unit) and as soon as I called my agent, the problem was handled.
