The overall condition of our rental was in great shape - I believe this was the first season it was being rented, and you could definitely tell as there was very little wear on the furniture / floors. However, the unit was not very well prepared for renters - it lacked a lot of basic kitchen items such as kitchen utensils, pot holders, dish towels, a drying rack, etc. This made it really hard to use the kitchen. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy - we got used to it after the first day or two, but even guests we had over commented on how extremely loud it was. BUT our main expectation was to have a clean, modern, comfortable place to stay and for that the house was perfect.

Agent was very helpful throughout the whole Rental. She did a great job of keeping us informed before, while we were there and after our vacation. We would definitely use her again.
