The property has an ideal location and was very comfortable. There were several mainetance needs that could have been fixed in a few hours which would have made the property in better shape (a missing screen door which was stored behind the couch, a broken closet door, a fan in the bathroom which didn’t work, a broken window latch…). In addition small amenities could be added like a sweeper, plunger, and a few basic cleaning supplies so guests can keep the space cleaner throughout their stay.) Directions about which stair to use, location of laundry room, and accurate internet info would greatly improve guest experience.
