It is a great property and location but needs a lot of updating and care. The whole place needs a deeper cleaning. There were coffee rings on some of the furniture and the bathroom floor in the master bedroom was sticky. There were coffee drips and other marks on the kitchen cabinets. Also needs painting as many walls are scuffed and marked. Please do some updating.

It was a beautiful setting and a great place to stay off season. Views of sunrises and sunsets. Convenient to everything. The livingroom furniture was super comfortable and there was plenty of room at the dining table.

Several issues with house. Needs a much deeper cleaning. Lots of light bulbs out in cathedral ceilings. Garage door pin pad did not work, was fixed and worked for one day. Generally think that house needs more attention and more cleaning.

The location and size of the property was good and worked well for our family. Our concerns were the black mold, which was a known issue per customer previous reviews, but was not addressed by the owner. My agent was good about communications, but did not acknowledge my text message (sent during my stay) regarding the black mold that surrounded the ceiling vents. Also, the property needed detailed cleaning. I did some extra cleaning during a rainy day to address some of the dirt in the kitchen and dining areas. Further, the prior renter left their dirty dishes in the dishwasher and did not take care of their trash as all four bins were filled when we arrived.

Great house overall

Beautiful house overall and great location! The living room and kitchen were nice and plenty of room for our group of 9. My only critique is that the bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. They are not kept up, no bathmats and black mold in almost every bathroom in the shower and tub areas.

The property location was excellent and the space and price were unbeatable. The property itself is clearly a bit run down. The pots/pans/dishes were poor at best. For the price I would not complain, however at the summer prices I would have been extremely disappointed.

The property location is outstanding. It does need some maintenance, the master shower has black mold in caulking at the bottom of shower sliding door and wallpaper is coming off from wall above shower. Also, there was no regular size vacuum cleaner, only a small hand held, which made cleaning before checkout challenging. Please note: code for garage door did not work. We changed the batteries and that fixed it. That being said, we would rent this property again if the price/time were agreeable and the maintenance mentioned were remedied.

House was beautifully located on the beach, and kitchen/family room area was extremely nice. The bedrooms were all very spacious! Beautiful views, and we are thankful that the owners gave us the place last minute for a short week/lower rate. I would only say that if I spent 8k to rent in the height of the summer, I think I would’ve been disappointed with a few things given how expensive ...sink leaking underneath in kitchen and mold in that cabinet, moldy dish-rack with no where to dry dishes, toilets all dirty/stained, and 2 of them continue to run all night and need repairs. Some of the sliding doors and other doors to decks don’t lock or close properly and are very drafty, a bunch of light bulbs were out or missing, and light fixtures hanging from ceiling, and no cans outside to put trash in. There also wasn’t enough silverware or dishes to accommodate up to 4 rooms full of guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay since it was a small winter get-away. But the owner should address those issues before summer.

We had an incredible experience, the home was beautiful, the views were stunning and the entire rental process was smooth. We had a minor problem with ants but our agent responded promptly and addressed the issue without delay.

Property needs new pots/pans, all rusted. No cutting board. Issue with water pressure, if your in the shower and someone turns water on pressure drops way off. Can't imagine multiple people trying to run water at same time. We were only 2. Some outlets and switches don't work. Bed in master (king, but actually 2 twins) needs attention. One side much lower and softer than other, not matched set.

It was a beautiful house. Would have rated house excellent if clean. The furniture was nice. The kitchen and plates were dirty. The pots and pans were unusable. Had to buy pots, utensils and bowls. Place needs to be cleaned by professional company before renting. Should have a list at check-in, with Wi-fi password, trash days, how to turn gas on for firplace and other instructions needed.

This beachfront is big and beautiful. Four decks offer a lot of privacy and the large common area give you a great place for everyone to get together. But there are two reasons that you choose a beachfront home proximity to the ocean and the views. Nothing is more relaxing on vacation than waking up with your morning coffee or cereal and watching the sunrise over the Atlantic or winding the day down staring out at the ocean. Don't forget to keep you eyes peeled because from this vantage point there is a good possibility that you will spot dolphins.
