My brother said it was less sandy than last year. (Good) Also it was arranged or painted differently, which was fine.
The upstairs neighbors were friendly.

Location, location, location - this house has it. Five minute walk to the beach, quiet street, great upstairs owners, good parking situation, and functional for my group of nine. Our fourth year and we are returning next year.
