This was my families first time staying here and the property was really nice and perfect for my 3 kids. It was very clean and the decor made you feel like you were right on the beach. My kids and I loved it. The pool was nice but did not use it that much because the protocol because of covid there was only allowed so many and for a hour but it never failed when the kids and I would go there was other people and the property manager who was not the nicest person very rude that there was to many people in pool area so after having that being said 2 days in a row I decided to not use the pool. But other than the property manager. The kids and I loved it.

The process to rent was easy. Liked the apartment. Had a great time. Only left early because it got cold and we didn't pack coats or sweaters.

Was an excellent rental for the money with close proximity to all the venues we like. Would have been happier if my son and his friend were allowed to used the empty parking spots in the Condo lot as those spots were never used all week. Instead they had to find parking 4 to 5 blocks away.
