This home is truly your-home-away-from-home! It is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme and an immaculately kept new three bedroom condo located just one block from the beach. Everything has been thought of to make your vacation special! A cathedral ceiling living room is supplied with ceiling fan, a 60 inch Plasma HD TV, sectional sofa. Condo has the Comcast XFINITY X-1 with Voice Remote Cable TV system which offers thousands of on demand and free movies.
The dining/kitchen area comes complete with a hutch which has everything for your entertaining needs. The kitchen is fully stocked including 15 lighthouses on the top of the kitchen cabinets. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated complete with a TV( all are HD LCD Flat screens 60 43, 43 & 33) and each have DVD players. beach cart, & 2 bikes.
One of the stereos supplies music to the roof top sun deck (for exclusive use by 2nd floor tenants) by remote control. Roof top sun deck (which has limited views of both the Bay and Ocean). Front and rear decks too. Park your car in the garage or on the driveway and walk to the playground, convenient shopping. Sirius SAT Radio Too!

3218 Asbury is a very well furnished comfortable home! The owners have nice updates such as a very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are in excellent condition which is not always the case in rental homes. A great home away from home!

We've been renting in Ocean City for 15+ years. We have rented in the Gardens and North End, the center of town, Gold Coast and all the way up in the 50s. We've stayed on the bay side and by the Ocean on Wesley and Central. We've stayed on quiet streets and on West, so we've had a taste of everything. Our rental agents and agencies have been varied; we always chose the agency based on the property we wanted to rent. However, after working with Tara last year and this year, I can honestly say that it will be really difficult to use any other agent/agency going forward. She has consistently bent over backwards to accommodate us, return our calls/emails promptly, and make us feel like family rather than customers. She is a gem. She knows her stuff. She listens. (That is extremely important.) She understands. She doesn't push or pressure, but gives candid advice that is in our best interest. She is kind and caring and as a bonus has a great sense of humor. How lucky you are that she landed with Berger. We can't say enough about Tara and feel very grateful that we had the good fortune to connect with her. BIG THANKS, Tara!

We loved the property we rented. It was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. We also loved the top deck! We have rented properties in Ocean City before but this particular one was exceptional! I also liked our rental agent, John Clarke. I would definitely choose him again if we rent next year.

Beautiful house and location. We appreciate having beach chairs, cart, umbrella available at the house. the beach on 32nd St was quiet and perfect for a casual shore week.

The rental property was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time there and would consider staying there again. We would recommend that property to anyone looking to rent in OC. Appreciated having the beach cart and two bikes to ride. Made heading to the boardwalk for my morning runs so much easier. Having the rooftop deck was great and having the option to rent the spa was perfect! It was a short distance to the beach and within walking distance to food places as well as CVS and Acme. So great location away from the bustle of the boardwalk but still plenty to do.

Excellent OC Trip!
This house was great! Everything we needed and more. Close to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Cute beach decor too. Deck with an awning and a quick walk to ice cream and pizza. Thanks very much!

Nice location - great amenities
This home was in a perfect location, very close to the beach. Ample space for our family of 4. Owner left basic cooking and cleaning supplies and had enough pots/pans for meals. Upper deck had nice peek-a-boo views of the ocean and bay. Would recommend a real vacuum for the home (only had a swiffer vacuum which was worthless) and to have the drawers vacuumed and mattress pads washed inbetween guests. Other than that we had great weather and a lovely stay. The front deck with awning was our favorite spot!

We stayed at the Misterma...
We recently stayed at the Misterman's home with our 14 month old son. You can tell they have great pride in their property. They pay exceptional attention to detail and make things very comfortable for guests. The home is very nice and the location is great; more quiet than other parts of OC.
