Rental was recently updated particularly in kitchen and bathrooms. Had plenty of room for our family. Appreciated the storage provided for our bikes, beach chairs, etc. Had problem with ice maker not working properly and propane grill was not available as expected. Realtor offered to provide us a portable grill and bags of ice, which was beyond our expectations.
