HAD NO PROBLEM WITH BERGER REALTY AGENT. THE RENTAL WAS NOT CLEAN, 1 BATHROOM HAD CONTINUOUS BUGS HAD TO STOP USING IT. WEAK WATER PRESSURE AT KITCHEN SINK, COFFEE POT BROKEN. TV IN ONE BEDROOM NOT WORKING ALSO DRYER NOT DRYING CLOTHES HAD TO AIR DRY. BUGS IN SILVERWARE DRAWER . HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH RENTAL AGENT, BUT THE REALTY CO. SHOULD DO MORE INSPECTIONS OF RENTAL PROPERTIES BEFORE RENTING OUT TO CUSTOMERS MAKING SURE THEY ARE UP TO STANDARDS ADVERTISED.
