Not as updated as other years nor as clean. Prior occupants left major carpet stains in multiple rooms. The view from upstairs was fantastic. The location was great. The reasonable price reflects the need to clean, or replace carpets and deep clean the mold in the shower. Master shower was unexpected with 5 water sources. The bathroom window into the master bedroom was odd. It allowed an ocean view from the bathroom through the bedroom. The property was comfortable for 5 people. We saw a few ants upstairs in the master bedroom. Ant poison was set out downstairs in the kitchen food prep and living areas. Deep clean and refresh! Again location was great.

Serious ant problem which was not remedied even with the exterminator. Carpets need cleaning and the full size bed needs a new mattress. The location is perfect and the master bedroom has a beautiful view.

Manny of the blinds and verticals not working or broken.
Temperature control was difficult and continually needed to be monitored.
