Great location, just a block from the life guarded beach.  New updates to this 1st floor vacation rental include quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new faucets features and updated decor. All new kitchen appliances including new washer, dryer, and tv. 

Come relax in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath south end condo with a new kitchen dining set and sectional sleep sofa. 

Furnished front and rear decks allow you to enjoy your time with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine!  The 34th and 18th street parks have a children's playground, tennis and pickle ball courts.  It is a short walk to Mr Bill's Pancake restaurant, Aunt Betty's Ice Cream parlor and our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.  The boardwalk has the traditional favorite family amusements, bike rentals, water parks and go-karts along with shops and plenty of restaurants, snack bars, ice cream or fudge!

Property was very clean and so close to the beach! Inside living space was odd and a bit cramped but location more than made up for that.

Our 2023 rental on Asbury was the perfect Beach cottage for us. It had the perfect location and was outfitted and decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable, upgrades were greatly appreciated, ceiling fans helped a lot with the cooling and the kitchen was outfitted with so many amenities. We loved having the two deck areas and the outside shower. We loved the special mirrors in the bathrooms - nice modern touch! This is the perfect beach gem for us and we look forward to returning!

We have rented through Jeff for the last three years. He has been wonderful! We plan to rent through him again. The property itself was also terrific. We were very pleased with some upgrades to the carpet and cable TV service this year. We look forward to returning!

Cozy three bedroom corner condo, 1st floor, with a ramp for handicap accessibility on Asbury side of the building.

Ramp leads to a deck with French Doors that make it easier access for wheelchair entry into the unit.

Doors open into a large Master bedroom with a newly installed Murphy bed console for easier Medical Equipment to be placed,  including Hospital Bed (Regular twin bed size), Commode, Shower chair, wheelchair and lift . These products can be provided upon request.  Any other specialized equipment can be rented through a Medical Equipment Provider of your choice.  The Murphy bed can be placed in up cabinet position to allow more room or left down as a bed, depending on your needs.  Hallway accommodates a 32 inch wheelchair which is quite wide.  Front Porch access from house needs a small portable ramp with ample room for relaxing.  The Condo is 1/2 block from the beautiful large 39th St  beach with life guard.  Ocean city does provide specialized beach chairs for the handicap to roll onto the beach.  Reserve your days or week previously coming to get your chair.

Enjoy nice family vacation with a special Condo that is very rare in Ocean City.
