Furnished front and rear decks allow you to enjoy your time with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine!  The 34th and 18th street parks have a children's playground, tennis and pickle ball courts.  It is a short walk to Mr Bill's Pancake restaurant, Aunt Betty's Ice Cream parlor and our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.  The boardwalk has the traditional favorite family amusements, bike rentals, water parks and go-karts along with shops and plenty of restaurants, snack bars, ice cream or fudge!

Our 2023 rental on Asbury was the perfect Beach cottage for us. It had the perfect location and was outfitted and decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable, upgrades were greatly appreciated, ceiling fans helped a lot with the cooling and the kitchen was outfitted with so many amenities. We loved having the two deck areas and the outside shower. We loved the special mirrors in the bathrooms - nice modern touch! This is the perfect beach gem for us and we look forward to returning!

We have rented through Jeff for the last three years. He has been wonderful! We plan to rent through him again. The property itself was also terrific. We were very pleased with some upgrades to the carpet and cable TV service this year. We look forward to returning!
