Needs updating….bedding, blankets ,porch furniture. Kitchen cabinets need to be gone through and arranged Lots of junk from previous people. Need bigger bowls for serving and mixing in kitchen. Dishes are very dated. All could be done with 1,000 and a trip to home goods.

We had a great experience with Matt. He showed us nice rental properties when we booked in January and was very responsive and helpful during the craziness of Covid.

Appreciated the updates in kitchen and bathroom.
The gargabe pickup days could have been marked clearer.
When power outage, we had to figure out, who the provider was inorder to report the outage.
The menues porvided of locale restaurants was thoughful.
Key return instructions could have mentioned how early the office would accept the returned keys.
