Location was close to the beach. I wish I would have viewed the property ahead- no place for our bikes, chairs as there was not access to the front porch without going inside apartment. Carpet was old in master bedroom. Parking was a little hard with our pick up truck but the plus is we had two parking spots. Next time might rent further down maybe toward 20th street.
