Shabby spot at great location
Just got back from OCNJ and want to share some observations about this apt. Location can’t be beat - we love the 14th St beach and boardwalk access. Two offstreet parking spots were great. Here’s the not so great - stained/worn carpets, crank windows with broken/wonky hardware, dated/pilled/sketchy comforters, broken Master bath fan, 5 teaspoons, no working can opener, and fridge smelled like old seafood. The worst - the upstairs noise. There is a 5BR apt over this unit and their kitchen extends over the master BR.

A little more attention to cleaning the refrigerator/freezer would be helpful. Also, making sure all devises work, like master bathroom exhaust fane - Minor problems - Loved the unit !
