The house is a step back to a
simpler time. It is comfortable with all the amenities needed to share time with family and friends. Nothing fancy. It's a great place to make memories after a long day on the beach.

WI-FI could’ve been more reliable.
Many steps for me at 64.
Other than that house was perfect, the whole family enjoyed the space and close vicinity to boardwalk and beach.

1st floor and 2nd floor were satisfactory. Needs a fan in kitchen for those 95+ degrees days. Bath on 3rd floor (attic) is just a tub, wasnt aware but might have been my oversight. Ac on 3rd floor100 percent need changing. Rooms were not cool at all. Yard is very nice.
