Excellent location in spite of lack of parking space. The only complaint is the shower mixer valve is improperly installed. Off at top, turn clockwise only very hot, turn counter clockwise super cold. No mix of water temps. Seems to be installed upside down.

The only problem was when we checked in the kitchen floor was dirty with spill food or drink not sure what but other then that was amazing!!!

It is just steps to the 14th Street beach and close to all the boardwalk amusements and activities. It is convenient enough to bike downtown to Ocean City's unique shops and eateries on Asbury. Within a 30 minute drive to Atlantic City casinos, Sea Isle City, Wildwood, and the Cape May County Zoo.
