Great location- close enough to walk to downtown yet far away from noise. Easy walk to the beach. The property had everything a family would need. Most of all it was CLEAN- no crumbs in the drawers, clean dishes, pots and pans, etc. The only drawback for me were the bunk beds. I understand you want to add to the amount of people space but we are all adults and not crazy about sleeping in bunks- but for a family with kids it’s ideal. All in all, a good clean rental!

I wanted to thank the team at Berger for a great experience. In particular the team that helped us resolve an issue with the outdoor shower that had a valve break on Sunday night the night before Labor Day and was not able to be turned off. We were worried it may effect us for a few days with the holiday but the team at Berger responded right away and the contractor that fixed the shower ran to a few different stores at 9:00 pm on a Sunday night to find the right parts and came back and fixed the leak. We appreciate the great experience and service
