The property we rented need some maintenance and upgrades. This was our second year at this rental and issues that were a little substandard last year had become annoying this year. Will probably look at something different if we come back in 2024.

The rental property at 1402 Central Ave had everything we needed: plenty of room for 8 people, just 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk, and near lots of shops and restaurants on Asbury.

Disappointed that when we arrived there was a car in the driveway, taking up more than one space and blocking the garage. We had a very difficult time finding extra parking. There were no cleaners in our rental building, but when they moved the car around 3PM they yelled cleaners as the left. I damaged my car trying to maneuver around the car.
