The location is absolutely wonderful. Being right on the boardwalk and close to the beach was fantastic! I loved hearing the ocean and sitting out on the patio to watch the sunrise or just people watch.
Sadly, we arrived on 9/30 and the pool was closed on 10/1. Our week was unseasonably warm and I would have enjoyed the pool. Thankfully, a couple of chairs, a table and two lounge chairs were left out for our use. We appreciated that.
The condo is small but it worked for us. The bed in the larger bedroom really needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed.

The unit was not well maintained very out of date and not even close to enough cookware to be able to make a meal. The sofa is extremely warn and the bathroom and kitchen could use major updates. Not with the price for the unit.

The AC didn't work the entire week of 90+ degree weather. The property manager got the repairman out, but parts were not available. Our Berger agent was very responsive and resourceful. She was able to allow us to use another space that did have AC, so hats off to Berger. But for the property, it was a very difficult week.
