A picture window in the living room offers an alluring view of the ocean. You`ll find yourself spending your days swimming in our heated pool or lounging on the oversized sun deck. Wanted to pass along some constructive feedback. Certain parking spots at Ocean 17 are way too small for larger vehicles, so even if the unit is beautiful, we cannot rent those units. Second, it appeared that units 9 and 10 had way more people staying in them than was permissible. Doors were constantly open and people were continually going back and forth. Smoking at Ocean 17 needs to be monitored more closely. Every time we went to the storage room or to throw away garbage or recycle, there was someone smoking. As a parent of small children, this is unacceptable. If you post that there is to be no smoking, then you better be able to enforce it.

Nearby Properties

Lovely 1st level coastal condo.  The beachfront facility features a 28" x 44" heated pool with a large sundeck area (1st level) including patio tables, chairs and lounges overlooking the beach and ocean.  The covered ground level has a reserved parking space and an enclosed, individual storage area for bikes, beach chairs and other belongings.  (We recommend bringing a padlock for the individual storage space).  This property has easy access to OC's 2.5 mile boardwalk and is walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, fitness center, library, historical museum and much more. 

 

The interior of the condo includes a living area with comfortable furniture, a 50" TV, a large banquette for family dinners & game playing, along side of a fully equipped kitchen & pantry.  There's a bathroom with a step-in bath tub, shower and grab bars.  One bedroom has a queen bed and a 42" TV.  The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom & a single bed on top.

 

Whether you're watching the sunrise in the morning, moon gazing at night, or visualizing the 1901 Sindia shipwreck in the sand, you'll find this condo a vacation favorite.
