Description
Lovely 1st level coastal condo. The beachfront facility features a 28" x 44" heated pool with a large sundeck area (1st level) including patio tables, chairs and lounges overlooking the beach and ocean. The covered ground level has a reserved parking space and an enclosed, individual storage area for bikes, beach chairs and other belongings. (We recommend bringing a padlock for the individual storage space). This property has easy access to OC's 2.5 mile boardwalk and is walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, fitness center, library, historical museum and much more.
The interior of the condo includes a living area with comfortable furniture, a 50" TV, a large banquette for family dinners & game playing, along side of a fully equipped kitchen & pantry. There's a bathroom with a step-in bath tub, shower and grab bars. One bedroom has a queen bed and a 42" TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom & a single bed on top.
Whether you're watching the sunrise in the morning, moon gazing at night, or visualizing the 1901 Sindia shipwreck in the sand, you'll find this condo a vacation favorite.

The location is great, pool was fantastic. We had a nice time despite some bad weather. The unit we rented (#5) was nice but could use some improvements and updating. Appliances are Almond and very aged. Carpets are burnt in the bedroom and pulled in the living room. (Old berber). Interesting spot for the living room TV. Under the counter in the kitchen. We had some flashing of the kitchen light bulbs which may be because of the dimmer. Felt like we were in a disco.

Good access to pool and beach with minimal stairs. Beds comfortable. Sitting and dining areas comfortable. Unit had musty odor. Fan blades had visible dust/ dirt on them causing us to avoid using them. Ceiling in bathroom had spots of mold. Rug had stains. One stovetop burner was broken

Thanks so much for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that you did not see and experience the condo at its best potential. Unfortunately, sometimes the summer rentals take a toll on the condition of the condo. Our summer cleaning service does a great job cleaning after each rental week and we have alerted them to the mentioned concerns. They do not have time to "deep clean" each week. The condo is "deep cleaned" after each rental season. All carpets, furniture and bedding are professionally steam cleaned. We have tried to "deep clean" mid rental season to keep conditions in best standards. It improved cleanliness, but lack of dry time effected the arrival of next tenants, so we no longer have that done. The ceiling fans are fairly new and cleaned well and often. The grey, sticky dust by the ocean adheres to everything. We are aware of the dingy appearance of the blade edges and although they don't appear clean, they are clean. We will continue to work on that situation. The stove burners have been and are all working. Apparently the one burner was not connected properly. The mold on the bathroom ceiling collects every summer. Possibly there's a better exhaust fan available. Upon entering the condo after summer rentals, we also noticed the musty smell coming from the kitchen. We found the odor coming from the dishwasher. Ran the dishwasher. No more smell. (Apparently it wasn't opened and used much over the summer.) As always, it is our priority to keep the condo in it's best conditions for each and every tenant. We continue to make improvements to the condo and always hope that tenants take good care of it as if it were their own. Thanks again for your comments and we hope you visit us again soon.

The condos are in a great location and the unit was wonderful! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. This was by far the best rental we've had in Ocean City!
