Description
Nicely appointed and renovated unit - adjacent to the pool entrance. Roomy master bedroom with private walk-out balcony and view of the ocean and Sindia pavilion. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed that you will love to sink into! The second bedroom has a single over full bunk bed. There is also a pull-out queen size sofa bed in the living room.
Located on the boardwalk, it is just a few steps to the boardwalk and the beach entrance. The pool makes this unit especially nice after a day in the sun. A quick five-minute walk along the boardwalk gets you to the many boardwalk attractions.
We hope you love this unit as much as we do! Our family has stayed at Ocean 17 for years, and we have always thought of Ocean 17 as our summer home away from home!

We have rented this property for the last three years. As a whole we are pleased but the living room couch is getting old and should be replaced. Also the master bedroom mattress should be replaced.

Nice little condo in a great location! The unit could use a little TLC, but all in all it's a nice pllace to rest after a fun day on the beach and a walk on the boardwalk

We love the location and the heated pool. We've rented this same space for 4 years and are returning next year. The price has steadily climbed tho so next year may be our last unfortunatley

Everything was great, however the noise coming from the Sindia Boardwalk Pavilion from the teenagers at night was brutal. Loud music and constant yelling until 1 AM, 2 AM and one night even 3 AM was awful. We had a really hard time sleeping, especially our kids. We love Ocean 17 and have booked here 3 of the last 4 years, but unless something is done about that, I don’t think we’ll come back.
