Great experience, convenient location, well kept dwelling. Met owner who was very cordial and courteous. Agent was extremely helpful. Perhaps starting next year interested in long term contract rental.

It's an older home, nothing special, ou dated and a bit run down, good for the price in OC. Would be nice if at least trash bags, hand soap, etc were left

This property is priced well for its condition and size. The property was clean. This property would be a gem if the full mattress, upstairs bathroom, and kitchen cabinets were replaced.

We enjoyed our week at this rental. The kitchen had everything we needed and the layout was great. Comfortable beds and the house was very clean.
