Great location next to the boardwalk and generally has everything you need in the kitchen. That said, the furniture is not comfortable. The sofa is fine but the chairs are not comfortable for longer periods. Outdoor furniture upstairs is ok but the high top and chairs on the main floor are not. The queen bed mattresses really should be replaced. Super painful to sleep on for two weeks.

This is a beautiful & ideally located, 3 bedroom , 3 1/2 bathroom condo. Located on the beach and boardwalk block in the residential area and just a stone's throw away from the 17th Street beach! It boasts a roof deck with a table & chairs and spectacular views of the ocean and the sunrise. A magnificent view of the ocean is also available from the terraces that are adjacent to both the master bedroom and the living room. Two of the bedrooms include twin sized roll away beds with mattresses that fold up easily and are stored in the closets, just perfect for the larger family or visits from friends! The master bedroom is spacious and lovely and boasts a king bed and a second TV. The living room is large, attractively decorated, and welcoming, and it has ample seating for resting and relaxing! We know you will find this home to be the perfect vacation getaway.
