Over all a great experience. However beach tags for the rental week should be available for use at the house. Most rentals provide this.

We love ocean city and I will continue going there. Cyndi is great. My suggestion would be for the owner to provide beach tags for the renters.

Lori was very helpful both years we rented through her. Actually, the day we came down to rent, Lori was not in so our house search was handled by Kevin from the 17th street office who was also superb. The condo we rented was lovely. Nicely furnished, close to the boardwalk activities, yet not right on top of the noise. My only negative comment would be that the cleaning service done prior to our check in was a bit lacking. Areas were not quite as clean as I expected them to be - ie spills on the floor that were not mopped and bathroom "smells" that were less than fresh. Not a deal-breaker, but just moving forward, I would suggest checking in on the crew. Lots of great family memories were created so all in all a GREAT time!!

This was a great experience. Our agent was responsive with many different options when we started looking. Ultimately we chose a townhouse in close proximity to the Boardwalk, It was perfect for us but not a choice we would have considered on our own. Check in and check out were a breeze.

House had a ant problem, no wine opener (very important to renters!!) and the coffee maker definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that, we loved it except for all the stairs. Lovely home.
