I wish that it had been made known that beach tags were provided. They never had for any previous rentals. Based on that, I purchased the tags in advance. :(
The seating for dining was limited to a very small table with only 4 chairs for a rental that slept 6. Otherwise, the rental was excellent!

The rental house was lovely. A lot of amenities were there for us to use, ex. Towels, linens, etc. The only negative was that it was not that close to the beach and boardwalk.

We loved the property. The owner made sure everything we needed during our rental was in the home. The location was awesome and the house was clean and updated. It’s a shame that the upstairs owner was not welcoming. She was very concerned about our comings and goings. We felt like she was invading our privacy. We won’t rent this property again.

The house we had was great. 412 Asbury Ave 1 st floor.We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. They provided 6 season beach passes and 2 bikes.
