Cyndi was great and very responsive! We would definitely look into renting next year again though her in OC! Regarding the overall process, I wish I had known that the rental did come with beach tags because I thought I read that it did not and I spent $80 on four beach tags before we got there. Also I wish I had known there was a drive though drop off when leaving. Sorry if your documentation did say this somewhere but my husband dropped me off and I walked to the parking lot because of all the traffic. Then I saw the drive through drop off. Thanks!
