LR Sofa needs cleaning; smelly. Fridge struggles to keep up; low ice production. No ventilation fans in bathrooms. ??? Nice unit overall.

This is an incredibly nice 3 bedroom 2 bath, has a great location right across the street from the Central beach fronts. It features a very spacious living area that seats 6, a spacious dining area, and spacious bedrooms as well. There are just 5 steps to get inside - and there are no steps inside. Enjoy the front deck which has great porch furniture and features a table and chairs and a lounge chair. This is a great beach house!
