We rented an older, oceanfront property. Had spectacular view/location, which is why we rented it. It had plenty of charm and the owner was accessible and friendly.

The only complaint would be the bathroom sink is so minuscule that it's impossible to wash your face in there without totally soaking the floor and there are no options to set anything down exception the toilet. We did much bathroom sink tasks in the kitchen. I know there are larger more usable sinks that would fit there. Other than that it was great, perfect for 2-3 people but absolutely no more.
