The apartment was very nice and spacious for what we needed. Loved that it had all the amenities in the kitchen for our use. The only complaint I have is that it was stated their was off street parking but wasn't disclosed that it was in a separate area and a couple blocks away. Plus only 1 spot. As others have stated the noise from upstairs was very loud but we weren't there that much. Please in the future disclose to potential renters that the "off street parking" is in another lot and a couple blocks away.

The house was perfect! Plenty of room and our children loved staying here! The outside shower was convenient, and the house had everything we needed! Our only complaints were that it could use a good deep clean, and the guests upstairs were very inconsiderate. They were up partying late and kids jumping off furniture, so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. They also spent so much time in the outdoor shower we didn't get to use it half the time we needed to. I think they were actually showering in it due to the large number of guests staying in their unit. This house is perfect minus sharing the top floor with unknown people. If they are great (like last year) the experience is great. If they are inconsiderate, the experience is not so great.

My only complaint was that we could hear people walking and moving in the condo above us. It actually woke us up at night. Aside from that, the condo was great, location great, and customer service great! The entire experience was so pleasant, and the renters so understanding, the experience was still wonderful!

Great experience. You guys made it easy. Michael was very helpful and responsive, and the key pick-up and drop-off was well run. The property was also clean and well decorated. We had a great week! Even the weather cooperated!
